Your right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, email, or via our contact form). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

The right of withdrawal is available to consumers only. If you conclude the contract as a trader acting in the course of your commercial or independent professional activity, there is no statutory right of withdrawal.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we received from you for this contract without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we received notice of your withdrawal. Only the costs of this contract are reimbursed; payments under other, separate contracts are not affected. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

For products such as servers, hosting packages, or comparable services, withdrawal results in the complete deletion of all data, content, settings, and other information stored on them. You are responsible for backing up any data you want to keep before withdrawing. Once the withdrawal takes effect, recovery is no longer possible.

Registering a domain is a service personalized to you. Once a domain has been registered in your name, we have fully performed the contract; an already-registered domain can therefore not be withdrawn.

Early expiry for services

If you have expressly agreed that we begin performing the service before the withdrawal period has expired, your right of withdrawal ends once we have fully performed the contract.
